Chuck R. Fields, President

Mr. Fields has more than 20 years experience in application development, business analysis, marketing and project leadership. His extensive background in applying technology to solve business problems and lead teams has been both successful and award-winning. From launching one of the first major call centers to use the web for critical customer communications (featured in American Banker’s Bank Investment Services report) to a winner of INC Magazine’s Web Awards for innovation, Mr. Fields has led the innovation for the advancement of web and software technology. With his efforts for launching a company’s application development division and developing its proprietary process for design, development and implementation, Mr. Fields received a “Million Dollar Award” as a Key Technical Contributor by the Indiana Information Technology Association.

Some of Mr. Fields’ recent major technical accomplishments include the design and development of a paperless contract system (as the technical lead and senior developer) used by one of the leading home construction companies in the United States, and the design and development of an innovative Online Driver Qualification File Management system—the only such kind in the United States—that helps companies maintain U.S. Department of Transportation Compliance and conduct online driver safety training. Mr. Fields has also developed numerous software and web applications currently used throughout the Midwest by Government entities for such topics as jury selection, clerk warrants, and county website content management.

Prior to Mr. Fields’ entry into the technology field, he had considerable successes as a marketing and business leader, having earned his B.A. in Communications from Indiana University. In 1995, Mr. Fields was a runner-up for the “Marketer of the Year” award given by the American Marketing Association. By 1997, Mr. Fields was the director of marketing for the brokerage division of National City Corporation, helping it become one of the largest banks in America during that time and launching its first web presence. Shortly afterwards, Mr. Fields began successfully marketing technology solutions, including the concept of digital asset management marketed throughout the U.S., Sweden and Germany. It was then that he went from leading teams of marketing professionals and sales leaders to leading application developers, using his extensive business experience to use technology to solve real business problems.

Mr. Fields has repeatedly proven success in applying new concepts to outdated business processes for solutions that improve the speed of business while saving money. Mr. Fields also has extensive experience in bringing technology solutions to market on regional, national and international levels.
